Sorting and Preparation Station - SPS
Our SPS sorting and preparation station is designed to sort the cells in categories A, B, C, and, D and NG based on OCV/DCIR/ACIR test results and to perform the preparation operations of cell rotation and flipping for the the module assembly.
The Digatron Systems SPS is an automatic sorting and preparation station designed to sort the cells in catogories and to position them according to the module design requirement.
The tray is manually or automatically loaded into the machine and the cells are automatically sorted based on the testing results in cell category A, B, C, and NG.
The cells are also flipped or rotated according to the module design requirement. Finally, the cells are positioned onto a belt and fed to the module assembly station for the placement of busbars or cell contacting system.
