End-of-line Testing Unit - ETU

Our ETU is designed to automatically perform the end of line electrical test of the welded module by measuring weld electrical continuity, electrical insulation, module voltage and resistance. The machine is highly flexible being configurable to all cell and module formats.

End-of-line Testing Unit - ETU - Digatron Systems

The Digatron Systems ETU is an automatic end-of-line testing unit, designed to test modules before sorting into different module categories based on project requirements.

The modules are manually or automatically loaded into the testing unit and, upon indexing of the module, the automatic electrical testing cycle is initiated. The overall module voltage is measured and, with configurable options, every cell connection can be tested for continuity and contact resistance. Each measurement is associated to the processed modules for traceability.

Depending on customer requirements, the system can be configured to integrate additional electrical test measurements and to combine different testing protocols.
