Formation and Testing Modules
The formation module is an automated system for testing lithium-ion cells. It features an automatic contact system with voltage and temperature sensors, managed by Digatron software. Powered by regenerative electronics, it delivers high performance and can be installed in modular towers within automated warehouses. The structure is secure, with insulation, smoke and temperature sensors, automatic sealing in case of emergency, and is prepared for an inert gas fire suppression system.

Trays are used to hold and organize the cells during charge and discharge cycles. These supports ensure the cells are positioned safely and orderly, guaranteeing uniform contact with charging devices. DS designs and manufactures custom trays for all types and sizes of cells, providing tailored solutions that optimize thermal distribution and protect the cells during the formation process, reducing the risk of damage.

Modular Design for Cost & Maintenance
