Pouch Forming Unit - PFU
The Digatron Systems PFU is a machine designed to create pouch blisters from rolls of multilayer Alu/PE pouch material.
The operator loads the rolls of pouch material into the machine.
Once loaded, the machine automatically unwinds the pouch material from the roll, cuts it to the correct size, and forms the blister in the pouch material.
The machine is adjustable, allowing the operator to change the forming depth, the pressure applied by both the mold and the anti-wrinkle plate, and the speed of the forming process. It operates electrically, providing better control over the pressure applied to the pouch material.
Additionally, the machine can stack the formed pouches in a magazine, enabling it to operate with minimal operator involvement.
