Digatron Systems has designed, built and supplied a flexible prismatic cell assembly pilot line to support the development of next-generation batteries.
Suitable for both lithium-ion and sodium-ion batteries, the line covers the assembly process from electrode cutting to electrolyte filling, including laser welding. Its flexibility enables the development and validation of different battery chemistries and cell designs for electric mobility and stationary energy storage.
Installed in a temperature- and humidity-controlled dry room, the line brings together key assembly processes within a controlled environment for battery research and pilot production.
This project highlights Digatron Systemsโ expertise in delivering flexible manufacturing equipment tailored to battery development needs.
