CFS 225 – CELL filling and sealing UNIT
Digatron Systems CFS 225, cell filling and sealing unit, is designed for the production of Li-ion cylindrical cells. It is designed to perform two production steps of the cylindrical cell manufacturing and it is equipped with two automatic process stations:
Station 1 : filling of cells under vacuum
Station 2 : cell sealing by means of mechanical progressive compression of the cell rim onto the cell cap.
Each station is independent and can be operated singularly or simultaneously, producing batches of 6 cells per cycle.
The unit is built with a sturdy steel frame, integrated switch board, safety enclosure and complete with HMI control panel for machine operation and set-up.
